Image   40   (above)   depicts   an   aerial   view   of   the   site   as   it   stood   in   2013. The   building   defined   in   blue   was   used   as   the   main   focal   point   for   many short   incidental   filming   sequences   which   would   later   be   interwoven   with main story lines filmed at Elstree Studios, Borehamwood, England. It   was   here,   less   than   100   yards   east   of   Norderstedt   Mitte   (Norderstedt train   station)   we   see   Dennis,   Oz   and   Neville   first   step   foot   on   the   ‘real’ German   BECO   Building   Site   reporting   for   work   late,   due   to   Oz’s   unreliable clapped   out   Zephyr   breaking   down   on   the   autobahn   in   episode   1,   ‘If   I Were a Carpenter’ (position W, image 41a).
